Displaying purity early in its life, this wine is an instantly enticing Pinot Gris.

GROWING SEASON
The growing season was back to ‘normal’after 2018’s unprecedented heat. Numerous cold snaps during harvest meant there was a need for helicopters to frost fight at day break.

WINEMAKING
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed and the juice transfered straight to tank. Fermentation was cool, using a selected yeast that specifically expresses vibrant varietal characteristics. The wine was then matured on light fluffy lees until bottling.

MATURATION
Crafted in an early drinking style with a fresh, fruity appeal; young and lively, yet balanced and sophisticated.

TASTING NOTES
The aromatics are white peach and nectarine. The palate is soft but generous with ample fruit flavour. This wine will be perfect for mid-summer enjoyment.
