‘Black’ Gin, with Juniper, Liquorice, Grapefruit and the amazing delicate flavour of grated Nutmeg (history would say the most precious of all the spices) and of course Butterfly Pea Flowers to bring out that beautiful colour. Looks (and tastes) amazing in a cocktail. Sprinkled with dried berries on top.
