Wither Hills Taylor River Pinot Noir

Our Wither Hills Single Vineyard wines are the result of decades of trust, love and hard work to produce exceptional wines that reflect the very best of some of our favourite vineyards. Defining our unique sense of place, this is our best expression of Marlborough in a glass. The Taylor River Vineyard is planted on loam, silt, clays and river gravels, which provide great drainage to grapes and enable heat retention to aid ripening, especially helpful for thin skinned Pinot Noir.

Our Taylor River Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is wonderfully complex and perfumed on the nose showing dark berry, warm spice, thyme and almond characters. The palate delivers excellent weight and refined mouthfeel, gorgeously framed by fine grainy tannins. It's harmonious and well structured, offering splendid drinking now and well into the future.
